Cancellation Policy

Every Leadkart order is researched by hand after you pay. Payment confirmation immediately starts the 2 hours delivery SLA and dispatches your brief to a researcher. From that moment the order is locked and cannot be cancelled or withdrawn.

• Before payment: you can abandon or edit your campaign brief in the Lead Finder wizard at any time, at no cost. Nothing is charged and nothing is researched.
• After payment (0 minutes onwards): the 2 hours SLA has started and the order is non-cancellable.

If you were charged twice for the same order, or a payment succeeded for an order that was never created in your dashboard, email info@theleadkart.in within 24 hours with the payment reference. Verified duplicate charges are returned to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

We may cancel an order before delivery if the brief asks for data we cannot lawfully or practically source (for example, personal consumer data, or a category with no real buyer supply). In that case you are notified by email and the amount paid is returned to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, or credited to your account for a future order if you prefer.

Missing the 2 hours SLA does not automatically cancel the order. Your dashboard flags the order as Delayed and we keep researching until delivery. If a delayed order is still undelivered after 24 hours, you may write to us and we will offer either a credit or a return of the amount paid.

We do not issue refunds on delivered orders; instead we exchange unsatisfactory leads free of charge. Full terms are on our Refund & Lead Exchange Policy page.
